The Cohasset Swim Center proudly employs more than thirty hardworking and dedicated individuals from our community each summer. It’s the camaraderie and the genuinely fun atmosphere that keep our team coming back year after year.
Our team is lead by:

Our team is fully staffed for the 2026 summer season, but we’re always interested in hearing from enthusiastic and responsible candidates who would like to join our team in the future.
Working at the pool is a great way to spend the summer, build valuable job skills, and be part of a positive, team-oriented environment.
